I have seen this idea many different ways and wanted to make my own version of it. I love the idea of small gifts for friends or a small gift to add to a larger gift.

Simply print out the tags, cut them out and tie them on to a gift. I printed mine on craft paper and love how they turned out.

You could tie this tag around nail polish, a pair of socks, slippers, shoes, or a combination of gifts.
