My good friend Jaclyn sent this because her family is going through a really hard time. She made this video to get awareness out, they need all the prayers they can get. Her family does so much for the community they live in. Her parents have adopted 5 children, 4 of which have down syndrome. Her step dad was just diagnosed with breast cancer-a very very rare form of cancer in men.
